How should we deal with cancer?

◆ Two measures to nip cancer cells in the bud early

Our bodies are naturally equipped with defense mechanisms against cancer, but due to aging or other factors, tumor suppressor genes and immune functions deteriorate, eventually leading to organ failure and the development of cancer.

Unfortunately, there is currently no way to completely prevent cancer. No matter how careful we are, just living a normal life causes our genes to get damaged daily, leading to the formation of cancer cells.

To nip the budding cancer cells in our bodies:

  1. Slow down the aging process as much as possible
  2. Restore the immune system and self-healing abilities that cells originally possess

These two points can be considered key at present.

Since aging is one of the major factors of cancer, it suggests that anti-aging (anti-aging medicine) can also be effective in treating cancer.

To restore the self-repairing abilities of cells, it is generally known that improving diet, exercise, and sleep quality helps. Other methods include supplementing with nutrients that are lacking or using NMN (Nicotinamide Mononucleotide) infusions.

NMN is a type of Vitamin B3, and when ingested, it is converted into NAD (Nicotinamide Adenine Dinucleotide) in the body, which is expected to activate the sirtuin genes, also known as longevity genes. Foods that contain NMN include avocados, broccoli, and cabbage, but it is difficult to get the necessary amount through diet alone, so intravenous infusions or supplements are recommended.
